[5687] in Kerberos
kpasswd error

Does this error mean that the kpasswd command cannot find the ticket
on the local end or the remote end?:
./kpasswd: Can't find Kerberos ticket or TGT while attempting to change password
This is kerberos V4. kinit, klist and kdestroy have no trouble finding
the local TGT. Any help would be appreciated.
