The contents of your configuration file appear to be correct.  The 
location of your configuration file is, however, incorrect.  Check the 
header file under the kerberos source tree 
(krb5/src/include/krb5/stock/osconf.h)  Check to see what 
DEFAULT_PROFILE_FILENAME points to.  I believe it defaults to 
/etc/krb5.conf if I am not mistaken.  This is where your configuration 
file should be located.
