I asked the WIzes at MIT and they send their regrets:

          W. J. Bryant, "Kerberos  Programmer's  Tutorial",  M.I.T.
          Project Athena.

This document was never finished and hence never released.  It was to
have only described Kerberos V4 programming anyway.  More V4 documents
(and a few V5 documents) can be found on athena-dist.mit.edu, in the
directory /pub/kerberos/doc.
