We just did this, moving from a Sun 3 to a Sparc. First we set up the
new server as a slave and had the master propagate to it. We tested it
by changing a krb.conf file to show the new machine as the server, got
tickets, and verified that they worked. Then we tested the kadmin functions
on the server-to-be, again by changing krb.conf to show it as the admin
server and verify that the kadmin functions worked. Then we made it the
master and the previous master a slave and things continued to work.
