Don't know about Kerb5 but with Kerb4 you need changepw.kerberos in srvtab
for kadmind to work. Kerb4 that came with DECAthena 1.2 has some password
filtering mechanism such as expired which inform users to change the
password; feed it the dictionary and names file and it will prevent users
from choosing passwords from those file.
