I belive the information is in the documentation hidden in the file 
kerberos.mail under the 'doc' directory. The kerberos folks never 
intergrated the information into their documentation, just as they have 
not reworked the 'draft' level of the operation notes for V4. There are a 
couple of e-mails that discuss the transfer of the database, each with a 
slightly different flavor, read them all.

editorial: thay have done a great work for the community, but are 
obviously short handed. Too bad MIT can't recognize the importance of 
this project!!
