Good morning.

Yesterday we found a problem in the configuration script that sets the
lib to -ll (libl.a) which does not exist in my libs when it should be
-lfl (libfl.a) which does exist in /usr/lib.  

I doubt there is any problem with sed or awk.  The problem is in
the configuration script and the problem exists in every version
I have seen regardless of the origin being of cygnus flavor or
mit flavor.
