dlog, a binary shipped with the AFS client package, is intended for
use with the AFS/DFS Migration kit. It talks to a AFS/DFS protocol
translator that knows how to get auth info on behalf of the AFS user
from a DCE registry.
dlog uses Rx. It cannot use the DCE rpc since DCE is not available on
some of the platforms that dlog runs on.
