Folks,

I've tried compiling the krb5.beta4-3 on an SGI Indy and, while it
compiles with just
a few modifications, once I install the software and create the
database, the kinit
program claims that it can't contact the KDC for the appropriate realm.
I am running
the krb5kdc on the same machine as the one I am trying to use kinit
from, with the
fully-qualified-domain-name of the machine in the /krb5/krb.conf instead
of localhost.

Any suggestions as to what to look at? I've run xdbx on the krb5kdc
and it seems to
binding to the UDP ports appropriately, but never seems to get any
requests from kinit.

                    Iain
