Umm, the CNS V4 release *does* contain telnet, and the lunt/bellcore
ftp, and even rdist[*]. It should just get built. Look in appl/telnet...

[*] rdist doesn't work on linux, but that's not a kerberos related
bug, it's more subtle than that.)
