You need the free Kerberos 4 distribution from Cygnus software.  It almost a 
no brainer with the mods they've made.  Try ftp.cygnus.com.  You'll have to
jump through a couple of hoops to get access to the directory (Federal Regs).

You'll have to fax them a request on your letterhead.  You should find the form
on their www or ftp server.
