Greetings. I have just retrieved the V5 source and built it. I now find myself
struggling terribly to figure out exactly how to set things up and get started.
Nothing in the source or the FAQ deals with the obvious questions of an
initial user/administrator. I am hoping that others who have been through this
baptism have documented their efforts, and that someone might be able to direct
me to some help in this regard. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please
respond directly as I am not yet on this mailing list.
