Hello,

I am trying to understand the Kerberos protocol. I have skimmed the RFC
detailing v5 and also read something in Cheswick&Bellovin but one thing
I'm still unsure of is :-

When the client sends the ticket to the application server to
authenticate itself, what is in the ticket which the application server
uses to decide if the client should be authenticated?

I'm sorry if this is a simple question, but I am having a hard time
understanding what's going on...

Cheers,

Matt.
