Hi,

I posted a question yesterday about building Kerberos on
the SunOS system. I was able to finish that this morning
by making some minor changes to krlogin.c and krlogind.c.

OK, this is a question needs only short answer.
Do I have to modify /etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf
to setup a Kerberos client?
It seems to me that I have to copy only the krb.realm,
krb.conf and k5srvtab to the client machine.

manager.nlm.nih.gov% which rlogin
/usr/ucb/rlogin
manager.nlm.nih.gov% ./rlogin nes2
rlogin: klogin/tcp: unknown service
trying normal rlogin (/usr/ucb/rlogin)
nes2.nlm.nih.gov: Connection refused
---------- end ------------

On another machine (nes), I also setup an application server.
However, I haven't been ablr to use kinit to obtain a TGT.

----- capture ------
nes% kinit hyeung
Password for hyeung@NLM.NIH.GOV:
kinit: Cannot contact any KDC for requested realm
------ end --------

nes2 is the Kerberos server and manager is the Kerberos client.
nes is the application server.
nes2 and nes run Solaris 2.3 and manager runs SunOS 4.1.4.

Thanks for your help.
