Howdy,
I have kinit working fine against a kerberos KDC server. But, when I try to
get a TGT from a DCE cell, kinit complains that the checksum in the reply is
invalid (i.e. integrity check failed). My kinit and supporting libraries are
based on kerberos 5 beta 4. In the documentation there is an incompatibility
text file that talks about incompatibility between beta 2 and beta 3 KDC's.
Since DCE security is based on an alpha release (correct me if I am wrong) I
assume that it contains the same bug that the incompatibility file talks
about (hence, the integrity error).
My question is: has anyone run into this problem? if so, how did you fix it?
Also, is there anyplace where I can access the kerberos 5 beta 2 source code
so I can try to be backwards bug compatible in my client libraries?

PS. I have fixed the asn.1 so that I understand DCE asn.1 indefinite
encoding so this is not the problem I am encountering.
