The current in-house version of Cygnus Network Security uses KRB_INT32
where needed (the Alpha compilers have 64bit longs, but 32 bit ints,
so we just use ints on that platform.) The Free Net Release doesn't
yet have these changes, though they'll (eventually) be in that
version too (probably in a couple of months.) Contact info@cygnus.com
if you're interested in the commercial version (we have customers
using it under OSF/1 1.3 and 2.0, not 3.0 yet but I expect no problems
there.)

It was impressive, actually, how many places that needed to be
changed... lib/kadm and slave/kprop* being the less obvious ones.

I need to build Krb V4 development libs on an Alpha 2100/500MP machine
running OSF/1 V3.0. Has anyone resolved the problem of 8 bytes longs
with the krb V4 des code? Thanks...
