As Search Consultants, we have prepared a Newsletter for technical
managers, of applicants we are representing who are currently
available for contract and direct opportunities. This Newsletter,

lined below.
CIS Personnel Services Newsletter
A monthly newsletter for the technical manager listing programming
and engineering personnel who are available for direct and contract
opportunities. Applicants selected for listing have a variety of
experience in both systems, and applications areas using C, C++,
OOD/OOP on a variety of platforms under UNIX, Windows NT, OS/2
environments. Each profile summarizes applicant's qualifications
including past experience and specialties. All applicants are
thoroughly prescreened and professional references checked before
