kdb_edit Random passwords are for servers.  You get the password with
the extract_srvtab command, and it just dumps it into a srvtab file
for your host.

If you want to generate random passwords for users, you have to use
some other program to do it - the server random passwords are 64-bit
binary quantities, and thus not very memorable.
