[4122] in Kerberos

I have it compiled but the kerberos server says bind socket
in use. the server gets the port num but the bind call fails..
There isn't any kind of kerberos server running and rpcinfo
savs that there isn't anything on 750...
Please Help... I have the MIT dist. of kerb4.
My terminal server wants kerb4 and I don't want to try to instll
the kerberos V server and try to decipher the docs on
making it convert kerb4 calls.
Any pointers to better docs or a better tar file of the distribution??
