CTRL-C problem

I have noticed a different behavior with the recent Kerberos 5.4.2
when I use telnet to connect to another system. If I use CTRL-C to
halt a program, it causes the session to disconnect.

Is this a telnet problem, or a problem with setting up the remote
terminal parameters, or a local window system problem?

I am using the Sun Command-Tool window and doing a telnet from a
SunOS 4.1.3 system to a DEC Ultrix 4.3 system.

Here is the tty info from the Ultrix system:

%% stty -a
line = NTTYDISC; speed 9600 baud
erase = DEL; kill = ^u; min = 1; time = 0; intr = ^c; quit = ^|; eof = ^d;
eol = ^{; start = ^q; stop = ^s;
parenb -parodd cs7 -cstopb -hupcl cread -clocal -loblk
-ignbrk brkint -ignpar -parmrk -inpck istrip -inlcr -igncr icrnl -iuclc
ixon ixany -ixoff
isig icanon -xcase echo echoe -echok -echonl -noflsh
opost -olcuc onlcr -ocrnl -onocr -onlret -ofill -ofdel

Here is a dump from telnet:
