Check the [logging] section of your kdc.conf or krb5.conf file for where
kadmind logs go. If there is no explicit configuration, the default is
to syslog. Password change log messages look like:
Apr 17 16:16:49 equal-rites kadmind[20225](Notice): chpw request from
127.0.0.1 for user@KRBTEST.COM: success
