Hi!
I'm really at a loss on how to get leash (kerberos for windows)
to work. I've downloaded the files from both athena-dist and
net-dist, but I wonder which files I really need to use and how
to conifgure it for a non-MIT site! For example, the two sites
provide "krbdll.dll" in two sizes...162608 bytes and 165916 bytes!
Which is right? Is that winsock version out there? What are the
fine points of using Lan Workplace?
We run Netware 3.11 on our system and I wonder how and where those
config files go, since MIT users are supposed to have their own
copies of LWP etc. I primarily need leash so that users can change
their passwords from their home (dialup SLIP connections).
Infact, I had no luck on even the DOS versions...on kinit I get
the following message. HELP!
lrealm is CIS.BROWN.EDU
send_to_kdc: Can't get kerberos/udp service
KINIT.EXE: Can't send request (send_to_kdc)
I'll really be greatful if someone who's successfully installed
leash can help out! Thanks a lot,
