I have it working for NCSU.  My guess is that your problem is the format
of the service ticket.
Service format: ^0.^1@^2 gives kpop.mypop.server.iastate.edu@IASTATE.EDU
If you logon to your unix account and incorperate your mail then do a
tickets command and you will see the fromat you need.
BTW,
Service format: ^0.^3@^2 -> kpop.mypop@IASTATE.EDU
This is the format we use here at NCSU.
Also, don't assume that the service name is kpop, we call ours just plain 
pop.
