This message is to announce a new Kerberos paper that will appear in
the September issue of IEEE Communications.
B. Clifford Neuman and Theodore Ts'o, "Kerberos: An Authentication
Service for Computer Networks", IEEE Communications, Vol 32, No 9,
September 1994.
This is an overview of Kerberos describing thr system, the concepts,
and the protocol at a high level, including discussion of Version 5.
Unfortunately, there is not an FTPable version. You can blame the
IEEE for that (they won't allow it - so send your complaints to them).
The September issue is a special issue on computer security.
