Can anyone point me in the direction of a document describing exactly what
kerberos is and what it does, pretty pictures would be nice too :-)
I'm currently trying to build it for linux. I'm doing so, because postgres
internal docs said that kerberos was the only way to protect my database from the
net.
So, I know a little about kerberos, just enough to get confused.

BTW, how to you pronouce kerberos? And is there a FAQ?
