I'm trying to format the kerberos api documentation (in
krb5-beta4.2/doc/api) so that I can print them out and read them, but
this doesn't seem to be possible, and I'm wondering if anybody could
give me some hints. When I just do a make in that directory, I get
the following:

rurapenthe% make
make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `library.idx'

Failing that, I tried just running latex on the raw document:

rurapenthe% latex library.tex
This is TeX, C Version 3.0
(library.tex
LaTeX Version 2.09 <7 Dec 1989>
(/usr/local/tex/inputs/article.sty
Document Style `article' <16 Mar 88>.
(/usr/local/tex/inputs/art10.sty)) (fixunder.sty) (functions.sty)
(changebar.sty)
! I can't find file `fancyheadings.sty'.
<to be read again>
                   \relax
\@documentstyle ...let \@elt \input \@optionfiles
                                                  \let \@elt \relax
\makeato...
l.1 ...s,changebar,twoside,fancyheadings]{article}

Please type another input file name: ^C

Quit (core dumped)
rurapenthe%

Obviously, I'm doing something wrong, or there's something missing in
my TeX installation that's present at MIT. Can anybody give me a
clue?

Thanks!
