When reporting linux problems, be sure to include what release of libc
you're using, as that's quite a bit more relevant than the kernel
version. (ls -al /lib/libc4* to get an idea; if you're not using at
least 4.5.2x, upgrade, as was [should have been?] suggested in the
release notes...)
In particular, note that pathnames.h line 2 is a comment, as is line
4; this is appl/telnet/telnetd/pathnames.h.... but libc 4.5.26 doesn't
have a /usr/include/pathnames.h, so I don't know where you're finding
it.
