This means that the receiving program tried to decrypt the ticket
and compared the IP address in the kerberos ticket (your host's
net address) with the IP address in the TCP connection (the
loopback address).  When they didn't match, it gave you an error!

If kinit and kadmin works, then things _should_ be working.  Try
running with different client/server machines and see if it works
then.
