V4 vs V5 in krb5b4 - problem solved (arrgh)

Turns out the problem is one of getting the kerberosIV includes and libraries
correctly configured before making the k5b4 package. This isn't a problem
for people who were formerly running kerberosIV, but for people starting out
with v5 and only needing IV compatability for a few clients, it means you
have to FIRST figure out how to configure the IV package.
Moral of the story: get kerberosIV installed and working first.
