Hello everyone !
I'm just beginning with Kerberos and I have a question relative to the foll=
owing topic.
I manage to make the Kerberos authentication work with a connection between
- a workstation with client MIT Kerberos and Tableau Software
- to a datasource Hive (Horton Works) located on a server of an Hadoo=
p cluster using Kerberos (with a Kerberos server).
But I have now a problem :
1. I have a user with the client MIT Kerberos installed on his workstat=
ion.
2. This user connects to a server through HTTP to a tool called Tableau=
Software.
3. And Tableau Software use the connection to a datasource Hive (Horton=
Works)
4. The Kerberos server is located somewhere else and reachable by the w=
orkstation, by the server, by the cluster Hadoop
I don't know how to do to :
1. make the Kerberos ticket transferred in the web-browser of the works=
tation to the Tableau Software server
2. make the Kerberos ticket forwarded by the Tableau Software server fo=
r the connection to the Hive datasource.
Hope someone can help ^_^.
