Bill's right, and I don't know what I was thinking. The DCE API is
similar to the KRB5 API: explicitly pass in a handle, but you can
default it to the "current handle" by passing in NULL.
Sorry to add confusion. John, who's talking about KRB4, probably did the
sensible thing and ignored me. :-)
