Please reply direct to me since I'm not on the list yet (until tomorrow
I guess).

I'm a having problem with getting authenticated. My kadmind and krb5kdc
daemons are running fine. My krb.conf is correct (I think).

I did have the "admin server" in the krb.conf
file and still no luck. Now I see some strange behaviours. When I run
kpasswd for a user that has a key in the kerberos database I get the
following error message in the console:

Jun 24 13:46:53 booboo krb5kdc[9700]: AS_REQ: Server not found in Kerberos database while processing request from kxaghai@SRVN.SRV.PACBELL.COM for kadmin/SRVN.SRV.PACBELL.COM@SRVN.SRV.PACBELL.COM

I got a similar message when running sserver and sclient to test
kerberos (except replace kadmin/REALM in the above with sample/zeus). I
thought I should add sample/zeus to the kerberos database using
kdb5_edit and once I did that, the error message that came back from
sclient is the following:

sendauth rejected, error reply is:
" No such file or directory"

Any ideas???
