operations docs for v5?

Hello all!:
Since the install for v5 was broken I've installed manually.
Obvioully there are differences. Some things seem to be alot nicer,
and cleaner, but still very different form v4. V4 came with install docs
and ALSO operations docs. Is there any such docs for V5? A filename
to archie for or a site:/dir to ftp to would be much appreciated.
