You can find aklog in the athena cell:
AFS /afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/afsdev/src/athena
A while back, I placed a copy of these in the AFS-Contrib area, making
them available via AFS or Anonymous FTP. This version could be out of
date by now (but I doubt that much has changed with this code.)
