I need to talk to folks who are working with large mail setups under kerberos.
I would like to know if anyone has kerberized any of the ipop/imap servers.
What would be neat is to be able to move the users mailbox on the fly to
different afs serves and them still be able to get mail with any old pop
client. I am not real interested in moding user agents to do kpop but instead
maybe using APOP to speak to a server like ipop which can look up the user in
hesiod and make an imap connection to the mailbox dejour and spool the mail to
them. I would seem to be secure and if the "kaipop" were considered a client
and spoke to a kerberized imapd then that would be great too. Of course if
someone has a nice kerberized, hesioded, Eudora-like mail agent for motif,
Window, and MacOS then that might work too.
