The headers and libraries are included in the KfW SDK, current version
at:
http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/www/dist/kfw/3.2/kfw-3.2.2/kfw-3-2-2-sdk.zip

The krb5.conf is called krb5.ini and is in the Windows directory, i.e.
C:\Windows\krb5.ini.
