Intel SVR4 Kerberos V4 port location?

I am trying to locate the Kerberos V4 Intel SVR4 port mentioned in the
kerberos FAQ dated 11/4/92 in the kerberos port matrix under section 2.7.
I have looked on the athena-dist.mit.edu server as implied in the faq.
I have found a kerberos V4 source tree however, the osconf.h header
file has no mention of svr4, SVR4, Intel, or i386?
Any ideas?
