Kerberized "rcp" says that file transfer can be encrypted (rcp -x)
and this requires mutual authentication. How can "rshd" (or recvauth) detect
"rcp"'s (sendauth's) request for mutual authentication and respond
appropriately? Or, is there any way for a server to provide mutual
authentication based on the client's request rather than the server's
standard mode of operation?
