Perhaps you'd like to actually describe what you were doing, and what happened? There are multiple files you could be downloading that could be described as "Kerberos for Win" (a .exe installer, an MSI, the zip file of executables, the SDK, the sources, ...), and several things that could make you "unable to download" (temporary loss of route to the server, server error, missing file, incorrectly copied URL, ....)
