Kerberos for the PC - missing library

I'm wrking with kerberos (v4) for the PC, downloaded from athena-dist.
The kinit source is there, but it needs a library I can't find to compile.
It wants ..\..\XLN\LIB\SLIBSOCK.LIB and I didn't get such a directory or
file in the source I downloaded (/pub/kerberos/dist/911015.PC). Is it in
another invisible directory, or is it part of another package?
