Be warned that on some platforms the des library does pass its own
basic tests, but data encrypted by this package may not inter-op with
binary-release code from people like DEC. -We certainly had that problem.
It's pretty clear that something in the eBones/libdes combination is
slightly adrift from the MIT code. Its internally self-consistent so
you can run eBones against itself on multiple platforms and it works
fine. If thats all you need to do, it should be ok.
