As a general rule to find out if a patch has been applied, get the bug
number (in the first case 1063) and go to http://krbdev.mit.edu/rt.
Log in with guest as a username and password. Look up the bug. If
the version_fixed contains a version number then that bug was fixed in
the indicated version of MIT Kerberos.
Patches discussed on krbdev@mit.edu tend not to be applied unless they
are also submitted as bugs.
