You may download its installer from the MIT Kerberos distribution

Changes since KFW 2.6.5 Beta 1 include:
* Improvements to the MSI installer to allow for a wider range
of customization via the use of MSI transformations
* A new MSI Deployment Guide
* Improvements to the NSIS installer to detect and uninstall
the MSI installer

* Incorporates Kerberos 5 1.3.5
* Fixes incompatibility between Windows 2000 and MSLSA krb5_ccache
* Adds an MSI installation option
