Ok. I have tarred up the current source for rkinit and rkinitd.
They are currently available via anonymous ftp from:
toxicwaste.mit.edu:/pub/archive/kerberos/rkinit.tar.Z
There might be some problems with the Imakefiles. If I remember
correctly they depend upon the Athena building environment. So,
you might have to create Makefiles or fix the Imakefiles yourself.
