I believe that Heimdal can dump a database in the MIT dump format.  So
in theory all you should need to do is configure MIT Kerberos and then:

1) run kdb5_util create to create a database

2) run kdb5_util stash

3)  Dump the Heimdal database in the MIT format

4) run kdb5_util load

I hope that's correct; if you run into any specific problems feel free
