The kerberos implementation in /pub/unix/security/kerberos on ftp.funet.fi
seems to contain a number of bugs which prevent it from working (at least on
my machine - Sun IPC, SunOS4.1.1).
I have fixed the ones that I have found (at least the resulting setup seems
to work). Is anyone actually using this code? Is there a more recent
release available elsewhere (outside the US, of course!) - this one seems to
be almost 2 years old...
If anyone is interested in using this code and would like a copy of my
fixes, e-mail me and I'll send you the patch.
Also, is anyone keeping a list of kerberized applications? The only ones I
seem to see mentioned here are the rlogin/rsh/rcp suite which comes in the
kerberos distribution and an implementation of telnet (which is in the X11R5
distribution? Is this not available separately?).
How many UK sites are using/looking into kerberos?
