One might think the they're exporting, you're importing. In that case
you should comply with the UK prohibited imports law. Unfortunately
the USA has recently decided that everyone in the world is subject
to US law. That's why encryption software can be put on public FTP
sites with nothing but a warning in a file. If you are outside the
US and you ignore the notice they reserve the right to kidnap you and
take you to the US for trial: see recent Supreme Court decision.
