[1990] in Kerberos
Generic kerberos error

I am running the sample servers, but it give me the error message:
sample_client: cannot authenticate to server: Generic kerboeros error(kfailure)
How can I do with it?
I have check the kerberos.log file, and find the following information:
APPL Request achates.@CSIE on xx.xx.xx.xx for sample.info4
It seems that the sample_client has requested for the ticket, but fail.
It make me very confuse that if I can change my password by authenticate
myself to the kerberos, why the sample_client can't?
Any help will be appreciated.
