A couple of days ago i've got this error:

matthijs@server:~$ kinit
Password for matthijs@ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG:
kinit(v5): Preauthentication failed while getting initial credentials
matthijs@server:~$

This is what i get in my logs from the kerberos Server:
Jun 15 11:26:30 Server krb5kdc[202](info): AS_REQ (3 etypes {16 1 3})
192.168.0.7(88): NEEDED_PREAUTH: matthijs@ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG for
krbtgt/ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG@ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG, Additional
pre-authentication required
Jun 15 11:26:30 Server krb5kdc[202](info): preauth (timestamp) verify
failure: No matching key in entry
Jun 15 11:26:30 Server krb5kdc[202](info): AS_REQ (3 etypes {16 1 3})
192.168.0.7(88): PREAUTH_FAILED: matthijs@ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG for
krbtgt/ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG@ACTIVE2.HOMELINUX.ORG, Preauthentication
failed

I don't know what is happening. I've checked twice my password. I've run
ntpdate on fistix.xs4all.nl and i've no other authentication methods.
I've solved this problem. I delete the account and then i add the
account again and then problem is solved but this is not a good solution
with more then 100 users :P Who knows a good solution to this problem?

Version of Kerberos = 1.2.4-5woody4
I am using Debian stable.

The account is added with the following options
kadmin > add_principal -policy insecure matthijs

This is the first time i setup kerberos and some help is appreciated.
