Thanks to Steve Lunt, I've fixed my problem:
I suspect the realm name that you gave to kdb_init is
different than that listed in krb.conf. Do a "kdb_util dump file"
followed by "grep krbtgt file" and then a "line < /etc/krb.conf" and
see if the realm names match.
